Diablo Heat is the evil sibling of the other three: fresh peppers, black garlic, and truffle. The flavor still leads, but the heat is on another level entirely, so a little goes a long way.

Use Diablo as a finisher or a recipe additive rather than a pour-on sauce. It works especially well against creamy or cheesy things: pimento cheese, chicken salad, mac and cheese, deviled eggs.
